The founder and editor in chief of Theodore Review, responsible for the academic direction, review criteria, and publishing decisions of the journal. He conducts independent research in the fields of history, social sciences, and public policy, and has completed multiple original papers, including research on local ecological governance and economic development, as well as analysis on the visual design of US paper currency and economic structural changes. At the same time, he has also written multiple in-depth commentaries on AI ethics, cultural politics, and public issues.

Fancy· Wu

Wu specializes in commercial models and economics, with a focus on consumer trends and brand strategy. Her research—featured in an international academic journal—centers on the business ecosystem of Pop Mart, exploring its marketing logic and user engagement mechanisms. This academic work aligns with her standout academic performance (top-ranked GPA) in her studies.

In her current role at this institution, she oversees the review and editing of papers: applying rigorous academic standards to assess content validity, refining logical coherence, and polishing language to ensure submissions meet scholarly norms, bringing precision and methodological rigor to every piece she handles.

Bai

Bai focuses on commentary and analysis in environmental studies, ecology, and science communication.

Her interests lie in sustainability, human–environment interactions, and biological sciences, aligning with her academic path toward medical studies at the University of Manchester.

She brings clarity, scientific rigor, and a methodical approach to articles involving climate, ecosystems, and public health.

Vincent · Li

Vincent’s editorial work centers on sociopolitical commentary, cultural criticism, and contemporary public affairs.

With experience in multiple business competitions and a strong interest in global events, he approaches writing with analytical precision and a quiet but sharp insight into modern society.

His ability to translate complex political dynamics into accessible narrative strengthens the Review’s coverage of social issues.

Jiao

Jiao specializes in platform stability and back-end support for Theodore Review and UAsite15.
He ensures smooth system performance, maintains core functionalities, and provides timely technical troubleshooting. His precision and reliability form the backbone of the site’s technical operations.

Wu

Wu oversees logistical coordination and daily operational workflows.
He assists with submission tracking, communication management, and platform scheduling. His organized and disciplined approach keeps Theodore Review’s publication cycle running efficiently.

Due to personal reasons, Mr. Zheng will no longer serve as the Managing Editor for TR, but we still appreciate his outstanding contributions to the development of Theodore Review at the beginning of its founding.

We divide our work into the following groups each quarter.

Editor-in-Chief

The editor-in-chief is responsible for setting the overall direction of each issue of the journal, determining the publication format for each quarter, conducting final reviews and rulings on articles approved by the review team, and arbitrating articles with significant disputes within the review team. At Theodore Review, the editor-in-chief is also responsible for art and style design.

Pre-screening and contact

This group's work generally involves external liaison, including promotion on social media, contacting students, receiving student submissions, and making initial assessments to determine whether the articles fall within our review and editing scope.

Review Team

This group is responsible for reviewing accepted articles to ensure they meet general and our academic standards, and for writing review reports. Your papers and commentaries will be reviewed here. Once your manuscript passes their review, it will proceed to the editorial team for editing.

Editorial Team

The editorial team will process the manuscripts to be adopted based on the opinions of the review team and their own internal staff. This includes text processing, standardization, fact-checking, modification of figures and tables, and standardization of academic citation formats to ensure compliance with our journal's standards. They are also responsible for proofreading.

Technology Department

The technical department is responsible for maintaining the security and stability of the entire website, and for applying the editor-in-chief's artistic and expressive style to the website.
